Waka Flocka Flame, Künstlername von Juaquin James Malphurs, ist ein US-amerikanischer Rapper, geboren 1986 in Decatur, Georgia. Seit 2009 aktiv, hat Waka Flocka die Trap-Hip-Hop-Szene mit seinem aggressiven Stil und seinen energiegeladenen Texten maßgeblich geprägt. Sein Debütalbum *Flockaveli*, veröffentlicht 2010, wurde ein kommerzieller Erfolg und erreichte Platz 3 der Billboard 200 Charts. Zu seinen bekanntesten Songs gehören "No Hands", "Hard in the Paint" und "O Let's Do It". Waka Flocka ist für seine Kollaborationen mit Künstlern wie Gucci Mane, Rick Ross und Drake bekannt.
