I Seether sind eine südafrikanische Post-Grunge-Band, die 1999 in Johannesburg gegründet wurde. Die Gründungsmitglieder der Band sind Shaun Morgan (Gesang, Gitarre), David Cohoe (Schlagzeug) und Dale Stewart (Bass).
