Robin Alan Thicke (*10. März 1977) ist ein US-amerikanischer Sänger, Songwriter, Musikproduzent und Schauspieler. Der Sohn des bekannten Fernseh-Screenwriters Alan Thicke begann seine musikalische Karriere in den 1990er Jahren mit seinem Debütalbum *A Beautiful World*. Nach mehreren nicht besonders erfolgreichen Alben brachte ihm sein drittes Album *Sex Therapy* (2006) durch den Song *Wanna Love You Good* den Durchbruch. 2013 erreichte Thicke internationale Bekanntheit mit dem Lied *Blurred Lines*, einer Zusammenarbeit mit T.I. und Pharrell Williams, das zu einem der meistverkauften Singles aller Zeiten wurde. Der Erfolg des Songs führte dazu, dass das Album *Blurred Lines* (2013) die Spitze der US-Charts erreichte.
