Pure Prairie League è un gruppo musicale country-rock americano formatosi tra il 1964 e il 1969 a Waverly, Ohio, da Craig Fuller, Tom McGrail, Jim Caughlan e John David Call. Il nome del gruppo fu scelto nel 1970 da McGrail in onore di una lega di temperanza del XIX secolo menzionata nel film del 1939 *Dodge City*.
