Redman, eigentlich Reginald Noble, ist ein US-amerikanischer Rapper, Musikproduzent und Schauspieler, geboren 1970 in Newark, New Jersey. Als einer der Pioniere des Funk Rap erlangte Redman in den 1990er Jahren Bekanntheit durch Alben wie *Whut?*, *Muddy Waters* und *Dare to Be Stupid*. Sein charakteristischer Stil zeichnet sich durch komplexe Rhymes, aggressiven Flow und eine kreative Verwendung von Funky Samples aus.
