Formed by virtuoso bass guitarist Billy Sheehan in 1988, Mr. Big also comprised singer Eric Martin, guitarist Paul Gilbert, who was replaced by former Poison guitarist Richie Kotzen after Paul left in 1997, and drummer Pat Torpey. Mr. Big released six studio albums in its 14 year career, the most commercially successful in the US was Lean Into It (1991) which spawned two top ten hit singles, "To Be With You" and "Just Take My Heart".
