Mogwai è un gruppo musicale post-rock scozzese formatosi a Glasgow nel 1996. Composto da Stuart Braithwaite (chitarra, voce), Dominic Aitchison (basso), Martin Bulloch (batteria) e John Cummings (tastiere, chitarra), il quartetto ha conquistato fama internazionale per la sua musica atmosferica ed emozionante, caratterizzata da intensi crescendo, riff ipnotici e momenti di silenziosa bellezza. Mogwai si è affermato come uno dei pilastri del post-rock, influenzando generazioni di musicisti con un sound che spazia dal rock progressivo all'ambient elettronico.
