Fair è un gruppo musicale alternative rock formatosi nel 2005 attorno al musicista e produttore Aaron Sprinkle. Sprinkle era già noto per il suo lavoro con la band cristiana Poor Old Lu negli anni '90, e successivamente ha collaborato con artisti come Anberlin, Demon Hunter, Kutless ed Emery. Dopo lo scioglimento di Poor Old Lu, Sprinkle ha pubblicato diversi album sia da solista che come frontman del gruppo Rose Blossom Punch. Fair è composto da Sprinkle, Nick Barber (ex membro di Poor Old Lu), Erick Newbill e Joey Sanchez, tutti provenienti dalla sua band live.
