MGMT (pronunciato ufficialmente em-gee-em-tee ma spesso erroneamente come 'Management') è un duo musicale americano formato da Ben Goldwasser e Andrew VanWyngarden, originario di Brooklyn, New York. Il gruppo si è formato all'università Wesleyan e dopo essere stati inizialmente con Cantora Records, nel 2006 hanno firmato con Columbia Records e Red Ink. MGMT è noto per il suo sound psichedelico pop che fonde elementi indie rock, synth-pop e musica elettronica.
