Elisa Toffoli, nota semplicemente come Elisa (Trieste, 19 dicembre 1977), è una cantautrice, musicista e produttrice discografica italiana di grande successo. La sua carriera, iniziata negli anni '90, si estende per oltre due decenni, durante i quali ha pubblicato dieci album in studio, sei compilation, due album dal vivo, quattro album video, settantasette singoli e altrettanti video musicali. Con oltre 5,5 milioni di dischi certificati da M and D e FIMI, Elisa ha conquistato il pubblico italiano ed europeo con un sound che spazia tra pop, rock e cantautorato. Tra i suoi brani più rappresentativi figurano "Luce (tramonti a nord est)", vincitore del Festival di Sanremo nel 2001, "A te", "Stay", "Ancora qui" (colonna sonora del film Django Unchained). Nel corso della sua carriera ha vinto numerosi premi e riconoscimenti, tra cui il Nastro d'argento, il Premio Regia Televisiva e un MTV Europe Music Award. Elisa si è anche cimentata in altri ambiti artistici come la regia di videoclip, l'attrice teatrale, la fotografa, la doppiatrice e la scrittrice.
