Gloryhammer è un gruppo musicale power metal anglo-svizzero formatosi nel 2013. Il progetto è nato dall'idea di Christopher Bowes, tastierista e cantante degli Alestorm, che ha concepito una band con un concept epico e fantastico. Bowes si assume il ruolo di compositore principale e cantante, mentre i membri della band assumono pseudonimi e costumi per interpretare personaggi di una storia ambientata in epoche e luoghi diversi. I dischi dei Gloryhammer sono come capitoli di un'opera narrativa complessa, ricca di riferimenti a mitologia, fantasy e sci-fi.
