Drowning Pool ist eine amerikanische Nu-Metal-Band, die 1996 in Dallas, Texas, gegründet wurde. Der Durchbruch gelang dem Band mit dem Single „Bodies“, der auf ihrem gleichnamigen Album aus dem Jahr 2001 veröffentlicht wurde. Die aktuelle Besetzung besteht aus Ryan McCombs (Gesang), C.J. Pierce (Gitarre), Stevie Benton (Bass) und Mike Luce (Schlagzeug). Drowning Pool ist bekannt für seine schweren Riffs, aggressive Texte und energiegeladene Live-Auftritte.
