Sky Eats Airplane è stato un gruppo musicale post-hardcore statunitense formatosi a Fort Worth, in Texas, nel 2005. Il gruppo ha raggiunto una certa popolarità grazie al suo sound caratterizzato da riff di chitarra aggressivi, melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi. Tra i brani più noti figurano "The Plot to Save the World", "This Is How We Die" e "My Heart is a Graveyard". Sky Eats Airplane ha pubblicato tre album in studio: "Why We're Here" (2007), "The Light and The Dark" (2009) e "Self-Titled" (2011). Dopo la pubblicazione dell'album omonimo, il gruppo si è sciolto.
