Wave è stato un duo pop rock canadese proveniente da Niagara Falls, Ontario. I membri del gruppo erano Dave Thomson e Paul Gigliotti. Firmato con Warner Music Canada, ha pubblicato il suo album di debutto, *Nothing as It Seems*. Il loro singolo radiofonico «California» ha rapidamente aumentato le sue trasmissioni radiofoniche raggiungendo il primo posto nelle classifiche pop canadesi, contribuendo a far raggiungere all'album la certificazione d'oro.
