The Jam sono una leggendaria band punk rock britannica formatasi nel 1976 a Woking, Surrey, grazie all'iniziativa del poliedrico Paul Weller. Influenzati da artisti come The Beatles, The Kinks e The Who, hanno saputo coniugare sonorità melodiche con un ritmo deciso e una carica punk che li ha resi uno dei gruppi più importanti della scena musicale britannica degli anni '70 e '80.
