Nitin Sawhney ist ein britischer Musiker, Musikproduzent und Komponist indischer Herkunft, geboren 1965 in London. Er gilt als einer der Pioniere der elektronischen Fusionmusik und verbindet traditionelle indische Elemente mit Jazz-, Ambient- und Worldmusic-Klängen.
