The Plain White T's sind eine amerikanische Pop-Punk-Band, die in den 1990er Jahren in Chicago, Illinois, gegründet wurde. Die Band besteht aus Tom Higgenson (Gesang), Dave Tirio (Gitarre), Mike Retondo (Bass), De'Mar Hamilton (Schlagzeug) und Tim Lopez (Keyboard). Zu Beginn spielten sie lokal und veröffentlichten zwei unabhängige Alben: *Come on Over* (2001) und *Stop* (2003). 2005 veröffentlichte Fearless Records *Stop* neu und das Album *All That We Needed*, welches ihnen durch den Song "Hey There Delilah" nationalen Erfolg bescherte.
