The Bled waren eine amerikanische Metalcore-Band, die von 2001 bis 2012 aktiv war. Die Band stammte aus San Diego, Kalifornien, und erlangte Bekanntheit durch ihren Sound, der melodische Elemente und emotionale Atmosphären mit schweren Riffs und nachdenklichen Texten verband.
