Mint Condition è un gruppo R and B originario di Saint Paul, Minnesota. Formatisi alla fine degli anni '80, i membri originali erano il cantante (e batterista/percussionista in studio) Stokley Williams, il bassista Ricky Kinchen, il chitarrista Homer O'Dell, il pianista Larry Waddell, il tastierista Keri Lewis e il tastierista/sassofonista Jeffrey Allen. Attualmente, questa formazione rimane intatta, con l'eccezione di Lewis, che ha lasciato il gruppo per produrre artisti di altri generi.
