Alexandra Stan nasce il 10 giugno 1989 a Costanza, in Romania. È iscritta alla facoltà di Economia e Management. Nel 2009 ha pubblicato Show me the way, Energy e Lollipop, conosciuta come Lollipop (Param Pam Pam), che però non hanno avuto successo. Mr. Saxobeat e il successo [modifica] Nel 2010 produce il singolo Mr. Saxobeat, il cui video è stato co-prodotto dalla società "Iacono Films Italia" di Massimiliano Iacono famoso regista e produttore. La canzone ha raggiunto la posizione più alta della Romanian Top 100 il 12 dicembre 2010, diventando il suo primo singolo alla posizione numero uno. Il secondo singolo estratto è Get Back (ASAP). Alexandra Stan sempre nel 2011 inizia la produzione dell'album di debutto, che verrà distribuito a settembre in Italia dalla Ego Music, con avrà il nome di Saxobeats. Esso conterrà 10 tracce. Nel luglio 2011, esce un altro singolo, ''One Million''
