Buck-O-Nine è una band ska punk americana formatasi a San Diego, in California, nel 1991. Il gruppo ha intrapreso tour internazionali e ha pubblicato diversi album ed EP, oltre a partecipare a compilation e colonne sonore di film. Nel tardo anni '90 hanno raggiunto il successo mainstream con l'album *28 Teeth* e il suo singolo più famoso, *My Town*. Le stime mettono le vendite globali di album intorno ai 400.000 copie. Con il declino della popolarità dello ska di terza ondata, Buck-O-Nine ha interrotto i tour a tempo pieno nel 2000, ma continua a esibirsi regolarmente in California e gran parte del sud-ovest degli Stati Uniti.
