Guano Apes è una band rock tedesca formatasi nel 1990 a Göttingen da Henning Rümenapp (chitarra), Dennis Poschwatta (basso) e Stefan Ude (batteria). Nel 1994 si unì alla formazione Sandra Nasic come vocalist. La band ha raggiunto il successo internazionale con l'album di debutto *Proud Like a God* (1997), che include i singoli "Open Your Eyes", "Keep Me Closer" e "No More".
