Angels and Airwaves ist ein amerikanisches Musikprojekt, das 2005 von Tom DeLonge gegründet wurde, dem ehemaligen Frontmann der Band Blink-182. Das Projekt entstand während der Pause der Pop-Punk-Band und sieht DeLonge die Erkundung von epischeren und experimentelleren Klängen vor, beeinflusst vom Progressive Rock und elektronischer Musik. Ihr Debütalbum "We Don't Need to Whisper" wurde 2006 veröffentlicht und erreichte trotz gemischter Kritiken einen moderaten kommerziellen Erfolg.
