Funkmaster Flex, vero nome Aston Taylor, è un DJ e produttore discografico statunitense nato a New York nel 1968. Considerato uno dei pionieri del turntablism, ha contribuito in modo significativo allo sviluppo dell'hip hop negli anni '90. Iniziò la sua carriera come DJ nei club di Harlem prima di ottenere fama nazionale grazie al suo programma radiofonico "The Flex Show" su Hot 97.
