Alphaville è un gruppo musicale tedesco di musica synth-pop formatosi nel 1983 da Marian Gold (voce), Bernhard Lloyd (tastiere) e Frank Mertens (basso). Il loro successo internazionale arrivò a metà degli anni '80 con singoli come "Big in Japan" e "Forever Young", che li consacrarono tra le band più popolari del genere new wave. Alphaville ha pubblicato oltre 20 album, continuando ad essere attivo fino ai giorni nostri con tour e nuovi progetti discografici.
