Pierce the Veil ist eine experimentelle Post-Hardcore-Band aus San Diego, Kalifornien. Ursprünglich bekannt als Before Today, debütierte die Band 2006 mit der EP "The Burning Pines". Ihr Musikstil zeichnet sich durch einen Mix aus melodischen Melodien und schweren Riffs aus, beeinflusst von Metalcore, Emo und elektronischer Musik.
