Mob Rules è una band tedesca di power metal formatasi nel 1994 da Matthias Mineur (ex chitarrista di Van Blanc) e Thorsten Plorin (bassista). Al gruppo si unirono il vocalist Klaus Dirks e il batterista Arved Mannott. La formazione iniziò a esibirsi dal vivo, aprendo per band come Pink Cream 69, C.I.T.A. e Crossroads.
