Die Beastie Boys sind eine amerikanische Hip-Hop-Gruppe, die 1979 in New York City gegründet wurde. Ursprünglich als Hardcore-Punk-Band aktiv, experimentierte die Gruppe mit verschiedenen Musikgenres, bevor sie sich in den 1980er Jahren als Pioniere des Hip-Hops etablierten.
