Accept è una band heavy metal tedesca proveniente da Solingen, originariamente formata all'inizio degli anni '70 dal cantante Udo Dirkschneider. Hanno svolto un ruolo importante nello sviluppo del speed metal e del thrash metal teutonico, facendo parte della scena heavy/speed/power metal tedesca emersa nei primi anni '80. L'album del 1983 *Balls to the Wall* è diventato il loro successo più grande, con l'omonimo singolo che ha raggiunto un'ampia popolarità.
