Dave Mason (David Thomas Mason) è un cantautore, chitarrista e polistrumentista britannico nato nel 1946. Noto per il suo stile blues-rock influenzato dal folk, ha raggiunto la fama internazionale negli anni '60 come membro del gruppo Traffic, con cui ha inciso album di successo come "Traffic" (1967) e "John Barleycorn Must Die" (1970). Dopo aver lasciato Traffic nel 1970, Mason ha intrapreso una carriera solista di grande successo, pubblicando album come "Alone Together" (1970), che contiene il suo brano più famoso, "We Just Disagree", e "Headkeeper" (1972).
