Rupert Neville Hine (nato a Londra nel 1948) è un musicista, cantautore e produttore discografico inglese di grande successo. Hine ha prodotto album per artisti come Kevin Ayers, Tina Turner, Howard Jones, Saga, The Fixx, Bob Geldof, Thompson Twins, Stevie Nicks, Chris de Burgh, Suzanne Vega, Rush, Underworld, Duncan Sheik ed Eleanor McEvoy.
