Neil Finn, all'anagrafe Cornelius Mullane Finn, è un cantautore e polistrumentista neozelandese nato nel 1958. Noto per la sua voce melodica e le sue canzoni introspettive, ha raggiunto fama internazionale come co-frontman della band Split Enz negli anni '70 e '80, collaborando con suo fratello Tim Finn. Dopo lo scioglimento di Split Enz, ha fondato i Crowded House nel 1985, diventando uno dei gruppi più amati dell'epoca neozelandese. Con i Crowded House ha ottenuto successi internazionali come "Don't Dream It's Over", "Weather With You" e "Better Be Home Soon".
