Helloween è una band tedesca di power metal formatasi a Hamburg negli anni '80. Considerati uno dei pionieri del genere insieme a Blind Guardian, hanno pubblicato il loro album di debutto, *Walls of Jericho*, nel 1985, un disco che ha definito lo stile del power metal e rimane un punto di riferimento per la scena. Nel 1987, con l'ingresso del nuovo vocalist Michael Kiske, pubblicano *Keeper of the Seven Keys, Part 1*, consolidando il successo ottenuto con il debutto.
