Cult of Luna è una band svedese di sludge/post-metal proveniente da Umeå. Formatisi nel 1998 dai resti della band hardcore punk Eclipse, hanno gradualmente guadagnato apprezzamento critico e popolarità underground con i primi album *Cult of Luna* (2001) e *The Beyond* (2003).
