Angelo Branduardi (nato il 12 febbraio 1950) è un cantautore italiano di fama internazionale. Considerato uno dei pilastri della musica folk italiana, Branduardi si distingue per la sua poliedrica vena creativa che spazia dal cantautorato al teatro musicale, dalla scrittura di colonne sonore alla composizione di opere liriche. La sua musica, caratterizzata da testi poetici e melodie evocative, ha conquistato un pubblico vasto in Italia ed Europa, con particolare successo in Francia, Germania, Belgio e Paesi Bassi. Tra i suoi brani più celebri figurano "La mia banda suona il jazz", "Il mio canto libero", "Azzurro" (cover di Adriano Celentano) e "Cogli la vita". Branduardi ha collaborato con numerosi artisti italiani ed internazionali, tra cui Paolo Conte, Roberto Vecchioni e l'Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano. Nel corso della sua lunga carriera ha pubblicato oltre 20 album, alcuni dei quali divenuti pietre miliari del panorama musicale italiano.
