Entombed è una band svedese di death metal formatasi nel 1987 con il nome Nihilist. Considerati pionieri del death metal scandinavo, negli anni '90 hanno ampliato il loro sound includendo influenze hardcore punk e altre sonorità, dando vita a uno stile definito come death 'n' roll.
