Apparatjik è un supergruppo formato dal bassista Guy Berryman dei Coldplay, dal chitarrista/tastierista Magne Furuholmen di a-ha, dal cantante/chitarrista Jonas Bjerre di Mew e dal produttore Martin Terefe. Il nome del gruppo, che in svedese significa "agente dell'apparato", è un gioco di parole con il termine russo "apparatchik", usato per descrivere i funzionari burocratici che creano ostacoli nelle organizzazioni efficienti. Apparatjik ha pubblicato due album: "The Apparatjik Album" (2010) e "The Turning Tide" (2013). Il loro sound è un mix di pop, rock alternativo e elettronica, caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi. Tra i brani più noti del gruppo figurano "The Sun", "Love Is A Game" e "We Are The Ones".
