VAST è un gruppo musicale statunitense di genere industrial rock formatosi a Seattle nel 1996 dal cantautore e polistrumentista Jon Crosby. L'acronimo VAST sta per Visual Audio Sensory Theater, titolo anche del loro album d'esordio pubblicato nel 1998. Il sound dei VAST è caratterizzato da atmosfere dark e elettroniche, con influenze provenienti dal rock alternativo e dalla musica sperimentale. Crosby si distingue per il suo stile vocale unico, che spazia tra urla gutturali e melodie eteree.
