Steve Hogarth, all'anagrafe Ronald Stephen Hoggarth, meglio conosciuto come H, è un cantautore e polistrumentista britannico nato nel 1956. Noto per la sua voce potente e versatile, Hogarth ha raggiunto fama internazionale come frontman del gruppo musicale neoprogressivo Marillion dal 1988. Prima di unirsi ai Marillion, Hogarth era attivo in diverse band locali e aveva collaborato con artisti come The Waterboys. Con i Marillion, ha contribuito a definire il sound neo-prog degli anni '90, caratterizzato da melodie intricate, testi poetici e arrangiamenti complessi.
