Saybia è un gruppo rock danese formatosi a Nyborg nel 1993. Prima di firmare con l'etichetta EMI nella primavera del 2001, hanno pubblicato tre EP. Dopo aver completato il loro album di debutto *The Second You Sleep*, la band ha intrapreso un tour europeo. Nel 2003, Saybia era sull'orlo dello scioglimento. Per evitare questo destino, i cinque membri del gruppo acquistarono una vecchia casa su un'isola svedese, la ristrutturarono e la trasformarono in uno studio di registrazione. Saybia trascorse mesi in quell'isola, scrivendo e registrando numerose canzoni che avrebbero costituito il loro secondo album, *These Are the Days*, pubblicato nel 2004. I brani più rappresentativi del gruppo includono *The Second You Sleep*, *These Are the Days* e *I Don't Know*.
