House of Pain ist eine irisch-amerikanische Hip-Hop-Gruppe, die hauptsächlich in den 1990er Jahren aktiv war. Bekannt für ihren aggressiven Stil und ihre Musik, die Rap mit Elementen von Rock und Reggae vermischte, erlangte die Gruppe internationale Bekanntheit durch den 1992 veröffentlichten Hit "Jump Around", der zum Genre-Hymne wurde. Der Song kletterte in ganz Europa und den USA in die Charts und erreichte Platz drei in den Vereinigten Staaten, Platz sechs in Irland und Platz acht im Vereinigten Königreich. Neben Everlast, dem Lead-Sänger der Gruppe, gehörten DJ Lethal und Danny Boy zu House of Pain. Nach dem Erfolg von "Jump Around" veröffentlichte die Gruppe zwei weitere Alben, "The Boomshakalaka" (1994) und "House of Pain" (1996), bevor Everlast sich einer Solokarriere widmete.
