Hope of the States è stata una band indie inglese proveniente da Chichester, caratterizzata da influenze post-rock. Attiva dal 2003 al 2010, il gruppo ha guadagnato popolarità grazie a un sound ricco di atmosfere e melodie malinconiche, spesso accompagnate da intensi momenti strumentali.
