Switchblade Symphony è stata una band di San Francisco, California, formatasi nel 1989 dalla compositrice Susan Wallace e dalla vocalist Tina Root. Il loro genere musicale si colloca nell'ambito del gothic rock, caratterizzato da atmosfere dark e melodie sinfoniche.
