Luna Sea è una rock band giapponese formatasi nel 1989 a Tokyo. I membri fondatori sono Ryuichi Kawamura (voce), Yasuhiro "Sugizo" Sugihara (chitarra), Shinobu "Inoran" Inoue (chitarra), Jun "J." Onose (basso) e Shinya Yamada (batteria). Questo lineup è rimasto invariato fino alla scioglimento del gruppo nel 2000.
