Patti Austin è una cantante statunitense di pop, jazz e R and B, nata a New York nel 1954. Figlia del musicista Floyd Austin, Patti iniziò la sua carriera musicale all'età di sette anni cantando in un coro gospel. Nel corso degli anni '70 collaborò con artisti come Stevie Wonder e Michael Jackson, contribuendo alla realizzazione di alcuni dei loro album più famosi.
