Christian Death è una band americana di death rock formatasi a Los Angeles, California nel 1979. Fondata e guidata dal cantante Rozz Williams, la formazione originale includeva anche il chitarrista Rikk Agnew. Considerati pionieri del genere goth e deathrock, Christian Death ha raggiunto un'enorme popolarità con l'album *Only Theatre of Pain* (1984), considerato un punto di svolta nella nascita della cultura goth negli Stati Uniti e in Europa.
