Savoy Brown è un gruppo blues rock britannico formatosi a Battersea, Londra, nel 1965. Considerati parte della scena British blues degli anni '60, hanno raggiunto maggiore successo negli Stati Uniti con una serie di album boogie rock diventati classici del genere. La band ha subito continui cambiamenti di formazione nel corso degli anni, l'unico membro stabile è stato il chitarrista e leader Kim Simmonds, fino alla sua morte nel 2023. Savoy Brown è noto per un sound blues potente e energico, influenzato da artisti come Muddy Waters e Howlin' Wolf. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "I'm Ready", "Street Corner Talkin'", "Tell Mama" e "Just a Little Bit of Love". L'album "Shake Your Money Maker" (1969) è considerato un punto di svolta nella loro carriera, consolidando il successo negli Stati Uniti.
