Caviar è stata una rock band pop proveniente da Chicago, Illinois. La band si è formata intorno al 1999 dal cantante Blake Smith e dal bassista Mike Willison dopo lo scioglimento della loro precedente band Fig Dish. Al gruppo si sono uniti il chitarrista Dave Suh e il batterista Jason Batchko per completare la formazione. Attualmente la band non è attiva, mentre Smith e Willison collaborano con Scott Lucas di Local H nel progetto elettronico The Prairie Cartel.
