Necrodeath è stato un gruppo musicale italiano di genere thrash/black metal, attivo dal 1984 al 2003. Fondato a Genova da Peso (batteria) e Claudio (chitarra), il gruppo ha subito diverse formazioni nel corso della sua carriera. Considerati uno dei pionieri del black metal in Italia, Necrodeath hanno pubblicato sette album in studio, tra cui l'acclamato "Into the Macabre" (1990). Il loro sound è caratterizzato da sonorità aggressive e veloci, influenzate dal thrash metal americano e dalla scena black metal europea. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Darkest Hour", "Bloodlust" e "Necrodeath Symphony". Nel 2003 il gruppo si scioglie ufficialmente.
