Five Iron Frenzy è stata una band ska cristiana formatasi a Denver, Colorado, nel 1995 e sciolta nel 2003. Considerati pionieri del genere 'ska punk' cristiano, hanno raggiunto un seguito significativo negli anni '90 grazie alla loro musica energica e alle liriche positive. Il gruppo era noto per il suo sound vivace che mescolava elementi di ska, punk rock e pop, con influenze gospel e folk.
